Mid Town

Mid Town is quite similar in nature to New Town.  The prices in Mid Town will be slightly higher than New Town due to being a little closer to Downtown.  The lots will be a little smaller in Mid Town.  That’s the trade for being closer to Down Town.  Most of the residents are year round and the neighborhood will be upper middle class.  Shopping and the beach are just a short ride away.
