Truman Annex
The Truman Annex was named after The Truman Little White House where President
Truman and many other Presidents stayed when in Key West. Truman Annex
is a very upscale gated community just two blocks from Duval Street. It
gives the luxury of being downtown and the privacy of a gated community and
off street parking which is a big plus being down town. Many of the homes
in Truman Annex are transient Licensed which allows them to be rented by the
week whereas the rest of Key West has a 28 day minimum rental period by law. This
makes Truman Annex very popular as an investment rental property.
